ARIA Audit Tool for Health Professionals

ARIA commissioned the development of an online medical audit tool for Health Professionals to use on patients consulting for a routine asthma review. The audit will encourage the routine use of the ARIA questionnaire for identifying patients who have also got symptoms suggestive of Allergic Rhinitis.

The tool enables participants to evaluate their care of these patients, against some preset standards, and also with colleagues who have also done the audit.

The Tool was developed by Dr Mark L Levy who is a General Practitioner in the United Kingdom, based on the ARIA and GINA materials, with advice from colleagues who are experts in the field of allergy.

Read more about the audit at http://www.guideline-audit.com/allergic_rhinitis/.  If you would like to take part, follow the instructions at http://www.guideline-audit.com/allergic_rhinitis/instructions.php to obtain your confidential, anonymous log on details.
